- Commercial Building Bylaws (Additional)For commercial plots, Fazaia enforces additional regulations: maximum covered area 7/8 of plot on ground floor and 3/4 on upper floors; maximum FAR of 1:6; building height not exceeding 50 feet from road crown; mandatory underground water tanks; arcade requirements; and signboard dimensions controlled by Fazaia Authority. These rules are built into our commercial drawings from the first design revision.
- Completion CertificateThe Fazaia Authority issues a completion certificate after verifying the building matches approved drawings and all inspection stages are passed. The completion certificate is required for utility connections to be legalised. Our bylaw-first approach ensures the certificate is issued on schedule without rework.
